DEF LEPPARD: 'Pyromania' Cover Artist Talks To 'Inside Heavy'

Inside Heavy recently conducted an interview with artist Andie Airfix, who responsible for DEF LEPPARD's iconic "Pyromania" album cover as well the cover artwork for "Hysteria", "Adrenalize" and "Euphoria" and most of the accompanying single releases. Cleveland's Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame has invited Andie Airfix to display original artworks in a section of a wide-ranging exhibition showcasing rock bands of the '70s and '80s. Airfixwrites on his blog, "[the event] will also, hopefully, include work I've done for METALLICA, GUNS N' ROSES, MÖTLEY CRÜE and AC/DC. It's an exciting project to be involved in — the exhibition is due to open in December 2010 and run to 2012."
